Chef Chris Lee
I was exposed to professional cooking at a very young age after getting my first summer-time job in a busy seasonal restaurant in my home town of Okoboji, Iowa. In fact I worked at that restaurant every summer as a line cook until I graduated High School.
After graduation, I decided to pursue a career as a professional Chef and spent the next four years traveling and working in kitchens in California and Florida. Then one day after my 22nd birthday I received a call from an investor who purchased that same restaurant I had cooked in when I was growing up and was offered the Executive Chef job.
Since then I have worked as a Chef in New York, Philadelphia, South Dakota, Minnesota and Alaska. For the past 8 years my focus has turned from restaurants to hunting and fishing lodges. Most recently I have been the Chef at the Double P Ranch in South Dakota as well as Nushagak River Adventures in Bristol Bay, AK. I look forward to joining the team at Pineridge and am excited to bring my ideas to the camp this fall.
